1986 Black "Indy 500 Pace car replica"
The car: 1995 Olds Cutlass Supreme
The problem: Left turn signal not blinking.

I thought the same circuit ran both, however this problem makes me believe they have there own individual timing circuit. Is this correct? Where might I find this under the dash, and what does it look like?

I might go to autozone and buy one so I know what I am looking for.

Thanks

Not sure if this yr car is this way but on older cars a burnt out bulb will make it not flash.

I thought of that too. But I have seen sometimes when a burnt out light bulb makes if flash quickly. The last time I replaced a bulb, it was flashing quicker then normal.

I agree, I think it is a burnt out bulb. Try changing that first. :)

The double element bulbs will have a filament break and short across the other. This can cause some strange things to happen with lights and signals.
