Turn signal short?

I noticed tonight that sometimes when I put on the right turn signal, the inner rear signal will be out. Now if I tap it it will come back on and start blinking, and vice versa. Is it just a wire loose behind the bumber? The light itself is not loose in the bumber. I don't know maybe all the driving I have done in the last few day jarred something loose

Anybody? I hate to drive the car with it acting up.

Something is loose back there...I have seen a bulb brake around the base and still work for a while. Time to be a detective.
