Help! Turning an 88 into a dune buggy

So I received a 88 with a rough body but everything else was in pretty good shape, and I like to have things that are different and head turners. So I decided to strip the Vet of all its weight and tube it. But I am trying to strip the wiring harness of unneeded things, like interior lights and etc.. but I can not find a good wiring harness guide to help me sort through this mess. Please someone help me !! Thanks so much
