Hey Folks!

Before I button everything back up, I have a question about the vacuum connections to the headlight on/off switch.

The are two vacuum nipples. I have the vacuum hose with the blue stripe connected to the nipple closest to the interior of the car (i.e., closest to the lower dash pad), and the black vacuum hose connected to the other.

Is this correct? I would hate to have to take this darn dash apart again. Thanks!

Ralph

That sounds right unless you crossed hoses elsewhere. Why not try it before you button it all up? It will work while the dash is dangling. Just make sure you have everything connected.

I didn't have the center console assembled at the time (oil pressure gauge not connected), so I didn't want to start it.

I got most everything back together - and the lights popped up and worked... so whew!
