Vacuum lines 1984

Just got rebuilt 4-3 back in car. There is a line that connects to the rear top of the OD section. Down loaded the rather simple vacuum line diagram and it is not shown. There are a couple of vacuum lines going no where, but they do not seem to be the right size for the line from OD unit. The car is a project I bought so no history though have found some things not connected correctly, so no idea what may have been done in this area.
Anyone know where the line connects? What is the purpose?

That's a breather/vent not a vacuum line. It doesn't connect to anything.

Thanks, you also answered two questions I didn't ask. Had two left over parts when done. Item 3, and 4 of your diagram.
