- This is the first of two videos showing how I fixed the horn on this 1999 Chevrolet Corvette (C5) with the tilt steering column. This shows the disassembly of all of the components of the steering column to remove the cancel cam (which was broken as well) and to get at the horn membrane and replace it. The second video will show re-assembly of the column and the replacement with a new column shroud. I make no claims about the correctness of this procedure. I'm just showing you what worked for me.
