Hello everybody,
Next "problem" is see my fuel gauge is off (says empty with 1/3 still in it and over full when full). My voltage gauge is also closer to 15 -16 volts with the engine running and it should be 14.5 volts. I don't know if my coolant and oil temp gauges and the oil pressure gauge have the same problem but I want to check it with my own volt meter.
Does anybody know some volt references for these gauges so I can check if they are reading correctly?
Of course the volt gauge is easy to do.
I think I read somewhere the fuel gauge should read 1/2 full on 6 volts.
Anybody for the other gauges?
After I know if they read correctly I can check and change the resistors at the back of the gauges.
