Want to convertmy crossfire over to carb

Anyone know what parts are needed to complete this conversion from the crossfire to carb , any step by step instructions

I've got 240,000 miles on my CrossFire injection system, and my throttle bodies are still welded into position from the factory. My '84 starts and runs good, gets good gas mileage and passes smog tests with flying colors! Why do you want to ruin your car?
