wanted!:1966,327, exhaust manifolds

hello
i need a pair of exhaust manifolds for my 1966,327 corvette...i dont care if they are new or used in good shape...application is 327,no power steer,no a/c,no a.i.r...and they need to be 2 1/2 pipe size...the current casting numbers that i need are left side/3846559 and right side 374042......thank you!!!

I believe you'll find the correct number for the right manifold is 3747042. Also, if these are the correct mainfolds for a 1966 (and they are according to the information shown on www.corvette.net/tech-8.htm), then I also think that they will be 2" diameter, as it is my impression that the 2 1/2" exhaust pipes used on 1966 and later 327's were 2" diameter at the manifold for an inch or so, then necked up to 2 1/2" from there to the mufflers.

i found that the stopped the 21/2 outlets after 1965...so it is the 2 inch that i will need

You're welcome! The 3846559 & 3747042 are the correct 2" manifolds for your car. You could use the 65 or earlier 2 1/2' manifolds for the 327 small block on your car with no problem if you wish, but of course the casting numbers would be incorrect for your car. Hope this helps!
