wants to stall

need input,timing set,dwell set,idle set,when i step on the gas it wants to stall,i must baby the pedal,when it get to 50/60 mph it starts to bogg down.

maybe a vacuum problem, possibly with the secondaries and the vacuum pull off attached to it...?

You very possibly have a large vacuum leak or your distributor is not advancing as it should. There are others here that will have some specifics for things to check that are better mechanics than I.

Just a quick question about the vaccuum system of the Vette, but what would the vaccuum (and what part of it) have to do with the timing and strokes, maybe?
