Waxing after Painting - Base/Clear

You must pay a token for the Queen.. Next time you look on a Canadian ten dollar bill, look at John A. MacDonald. He is my Great, great, great, great Uncle...AH...Seriously...father's family is from Nova Scotia...

I know its confusing, but just remember this. WAX give SHINE, POLISH provides protection.

Collin thanks for the information.

I was confused,
then un-confused
now I am confused agian

Wax is the protector?
polish is the cleaner?

I have used zaino also.It gives spectacular results on my Black Caddy it Makes the paint so black and deep its increadable.

But on my wifes yello C5 it just does not seem to give anybetter results then a 5 dollar tub of wallmart wax.

IH2LOSE,

Zanio is the exception to the definitions of "Wax and Polish" rule...Zanio is classified as a WAX...ZANIO as a standalone does not CLEAN...however it does protect and shine.

Zanio was the first of a new line of polymurs that broke the conventional use of Wax and Polish. If you notice all the major componies Meguiers, Mothers, and Groits (reseller for Mother's), and some others have followed the same line introducted by Zanio...calling it Polish, yet it does not clean, as you need to use additional steps and products to get the full effect.

I guess that's why I like Zanio...don't have to think about Wax and Polish, just the work to get a great shine...

Yes, I am a Zanio junkie, because it works...I have used others and they are very good, but still just like the results of Zanio....
