Ways to zinc/cad black phophate/black oxide plate bolts?

What are the ways to zinc/cad, black phosphate/black oxide plate bolts?

I have seen the eastwood kit, and I suppose you can take them somewhere? Any other ideas?

I used the Caswell zinc/cad plating system with good results.

I plated numerous items last summer including the brake master cylinder cover, the alternator fan, all the heater hose spring clamps and assorted brackets and hardware.
