My buddy and I took our wives to see a C6 this afternoon.
It was black/tan 6 speed no Z51.
The dealer had a $10,000 "Adm fee" attached to it, but after talking for a few minutes he said the car wa available for MSRP....$48,XXX
I'm not a big fan yet, but sitting in the car, it is obvious that it is a nice improvement from the C5.
The seats feel great.
The shifter feels very smooth with the throws being noticeably shorter.
One thing that my buddy's wife noticed was that the windows of the C6 are much smaller than those of the C5, giving the impression (at least to us) that the roof has been "chopped".
There is a handle on the inside of the trunk lid for pulling the trunk closed.
Additionally, when you pull the trunk closed it finishes closing by itself, something luxury cars have been doing for awhile.
My wife has not been a fan of the C5 coupe, but does like the looks of the C6 coupe. She said she would like a red one.
Well, those are my thoughts and impressions.
We'll start seein' them all over the place soon!
Don't forget to
