Weak window motors

My 61's windows work very sluggishly and i think the motors are the problem. How do i test that the motors are sound?

That symptom is usually caused by inadequate lubrication of the window guides, rollers, and regulator arm, or broken/missing rollers. I'd check that first.

My regulators are in good shape with new rollers and plenty of grease. However the motors are used and of questionable condition.

I guess what I'm looking for is some kind of load test, i.e. how many amps the motors are supposed to draw when activated, to tell me if the motors are up to snuff.
