Anyone have a site with some good picks for the interior replacement. Ie. Carpet.

I see some people have used PQR15 for under the carpet.

Anyone used other products?

I seen your pics before. I am at your site often.

How is PQR15 different from other paint?

I have access to any type of paint on the market since I work for an industrial coating company.

Does the PQR 15 smell? Does it repel heat? Is it an epoxy or enamel.

What did you use to glue the materials down to the floor and back of seats?

Thanks
Mike

Check out the POR15 web site. It should answer all your questions. Basically it is a rust preventative.

I just used the 3M spray adhesive to glue the insulation down. The carpet went in place without any glue.

Hi Paintdaddy,
That looks like a fire restoration. Did you replace the interior with aftermarket parts? Did you repaint the interior? What did you use or where did you get your parts? They look great. I have the same base interior as your project. I have a few crack's splits and fading and I'd love to beable to make it look like your finished project.

Thanks,

Steve

Thanks,it was an insurance job that I took on at the begining of last year.I was surprised the insurance agreed to fix it.After disassembling everything ,I went through all of the interior panels and anything that was brokeor cracked got replaced which was 95% of everything.I think the only thing I didnt do was replace seat covers. This also included all wiring, carpet and rebuilt guages and heater control unit. The windsheild needed to be replaced but I saved it to help with the owners deductible. So to answer your question yes all aftermarket parts and I redyed the seats.
