I saw this image of a C7 Stingray converted into a limo. Immediately thought that it was wrong and then I saw more and more images and I fell into a rabbit hole of me seeing these images. Beautiful Corvette’s being turned into limos. This should not exist. It’s just not right.

I saw that too! You knew that it would happen at some point.
I really wasn’t expecting someone to turn a performance car into a limo. The C6 Stringray limo is actually for sale. It just feels wrong to look at. At first I thought it was photoshop.

I hear you, on this subject. Many years ago I entered my 69 Corvette Coupe in the Plastic Fantastic car show in San Diego. There was about 23 Corvettes in the C3 class. A lot of them were really sharp, with a lot of time, work and money put into them. The got ready to announce the winners in the C3 class, starting with 3rd place. Then they called the 2nd place winner, which was me. I knew there were a lot of good looking Corvettes in my class, so I was OK with that.
Then they called 1st place. It was a 69 coupe stretched into a 4-door Limo. I couldn't believe it !!! I wasn't alone, a large group of C3 owners felt the same way. This Limo was a novelty "clown" car. It should have been put in a class of its own. We protested to the club officials of the Corvette club that put on the show, but they said they didn't have enough money to have trophies for another class. Needless to say, I have not entered my car in that show again Here are two pics of my car, and the "offending" Limo

I never want to see that again.

There is always some one with a mental problem. Not suprising.

When it's your car, you can do whatever you want to with it, especially if resell value is of no consideration.
