2003 50th Annversary Red coupe, beautiful !
I'm getting to the point of looking for an insurance company to cover the 2003 Corvette. I had American collectors insureance coverage on my 79 and it was very reasonable. But I'm looking for a company that offers agreed value and adequate policy coverage in all areas. I current have nationwide and have been a policy holder for 30+ years, but I don't put anymore than 3K miles a year on the Corvette. What do you suggest ?

I have State Farm. Have had them for 34 years. In November I wrecked my 04 Vette. First wreck ever. They totaled it and gave me a check for 2 grand in equity in it. I had only owned it 7 1/2 months.

They have always been good to me.

I've looked around before for "classic" car insurance for cars less than 20 years old. My Trans Am is 100% stock with a series of rare options that ultimately make it a 1-of-1 car. It might be easier for you since you have 50th Anny car and therefore a "special edition" vehicle... but many insurers don't consider even new Vettes rare enough to be considered a classic.

The challenge is some policies for newer cars may be more restrictive than for older cars. At least that it what I found. My choice was parades only or stick with my current insurer.

Just my $.02.

Keep looking around though & good luck!

Insurance questions ?

Thank you. They were very helpful. :w

I have Grundy (agreed value). Havent filed a claim but they are good to deal with. I read up on what was available out there a bit before I selected them, well respected. Works for me.
Good luck :thumb
