Question: what is Fuel pressure/1996 LT4

Hey guys have not been on for a long time. I just got an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and need to know what the maxPSI is I can use to get the HP up. I heard 41-47PSI HOW CLOSE IS THAT ? ANY HELP IS GREAT
