What do you use to CLEAN your interior pieces? I'm not talking about armorall or other "shiners" but something to actually clean the vinyl interior pieces from years of use?

Thanks

I've used "Vinylex" for years - made by the same folks who make "Lexol", the best leather cleaner/conditioner on the planet. Cleans my white interior very nicely, and doesn't have silicone goo in it like Armorall products.

Great picture of a sweet vette, John. Looks like it came off the assembly line about 30 minutes ago.

I must that my interior doesn't look near as nice, but when I got this car the dark saddle interior was extemely dirty, just down right filthy. I sprayed it down with Simple Green and scrubbed it. It came clean and then I used the Armorall and it looks nice.

i allways used simple green delued
for some i think is is great

WHere do u buy Vinylex from John ??

I use diluted simple green. Once clean, i then use Boss Gloss which leaves a very longlasting shine ,without greasiness, on the vinyl and rubber trim. Works good on the consoles too. Its a POR product. So far, every POR product i try is the best that ive experienced . You can get a free catalogue thru www.por15.com . They have a variety of products that are superior.

personally i like stoner products they have a product that cleans everything and they have trim shine which leaves a satin shine on your interior surfaces. best products i have ever used even thier tire shine stays on for months. Just my .02

84, Ill try Stoners Tire Shine. Thanks.

I picked up some Vinylex , on Johns recommendation - worked very well on vinyl and rubber . Left it clean and shiny but not greasy. $8.95 for a large spray bottle at Pep Boys Auto Center.

Swave what is also cool about stoner products is that they all cmome in aerosole (sp?) cans. None of that darn pumping making your hand tired I also definatly recommend picking up invisable glass. i used that and the next day i had to go check the window to make sure they were up. Yeah it works that good.
