Just curious because I've got the original "Corvette LT-5" wires. They're in great shape..........but that's just it. I'd like to take them off the car to keep them like that. So I was just wondering what everyone was using.....Thanks,

Jay

Accel & MSD

I like the Accel 8.8 mm 300+ spiral core racewires; this grade of wires pn's all begin with "7" ... Also, MSD makes a very good 8.5 mm spiral core wire. Good wires are like good toilet paper; any of it'll do the job and everyone's got a favorite. Regardless, steer clear of graphite-only or solid core.

Someone asked your question in regard to an LT-4. You might find helpful info at that thread.

I ended up going with the stock ACDeclo plugs, and Spyro wires from Ecklers. They are about half as expensive and several of the GS guys use them with no complaints. Hopefully I will find the time to install them this week...

I use MSD Super Conductor plug wire and ACDelco RapidFire #9 spark plugs.

I've used this set-up for four years with excellent results.

Stock Wires
Splitfire plugs

The splitfires are great BTW
