What to use for eng. detail

What should I use to detail under the hood on all of the black plastic parts? I thought about just using Armor All but decided that I better check before I start wiping everything down and cause some damage.

I use a mild degreaser like Lux or Dawn in a sprayer, then
scub with a sponge and rinse with low pressure garden hose.
For the plastic surfaces I use Zaino Z14 Plastic Polish.
