Just trying to start a post regarding your favorite corvette.

What year/model do you like the most and why? :thumb

*PS; anybody that knows any car shows in New Jersey let me know*

I've always been partial to the C3's myself and for years I thought I'd eventually own a '78 - '82 T-Top....funny how you wind up changing your mind about goals

Which One?

Well, I'm partial to the C4 series and the C2s. The C2 is very nicely designed and the C4s, since I have one, look so long, smooth and lean. Like a hint of muscle on a pretty woman but you don't have to see them bulging to know she's in prime condition.

What part of NJ are you in? I have a list of car shows and cruises near me almost everyday.

The C2 for it's class the C4 for it's futuristic look and the technology.
The C5 and C6 really don't do much for me in the eye appeal area.
Would be real hard to chose between equal C2 and C4 but I think the 4 would win.

My history by years: 66 BB vert ,69 vert ,87 vert,03vert ,08 vert .

Each car has a soft spot and distinctive memories .Each series was unique unto itself .All we're great machines so I have no favorites .

And it is the only one I own so its all I can enjoy.......

The ones I currently own and I'm sure my next will be one of my favorites.

My favorite series of corvette

To be honest I like all of the years. I Like the C3 because they first came out when I was in High School and like many things you always wanted something that you knew at the time you would never have. I also thought the C3 series had a menacing look about them. I do like the C4 because it is a little more refined. The style was nice and it was more affordable.

Like most of the others here, I have a hard time singling out one year...or generation for that matter. I have owned C2 (64) and C4 (94) and my current C5 (01). And I love C1, C3 and C6's.

If money were no object (which definitely isn't the case with public school teachers ;)), I'd like to own a 1966 Nassau Blue BB roadster with white seats and soft top and a hardtop to boot. Why? I don't know I just really like that car.

haha so alot of people like the C3's? Shooter & Chaz you guys have some beautiful rides!

I only drove a 96 collectors, my 90(L98) lol i really like the C4's :eyerole

I enjoy both my 85 4+3 and my 96 LT1 CE, my grandson loves it when I put the 85 in first gear and just smoke the tires.

I like them all, but ...

... to me, the C4 is the cleanest, most aerodynamic and clean looking of them all, especially after '91.

What I'm less thrilled about are the engine choices ... a small block or nothing. I've always loved the brute power and torque of big blocks and the LS engines are, quite simply, glorious. Not to say the small block is anything less than legendary, but at a certain point it's all vanilla.

I have a 427 core motor on an engine stand that I plan to rebuild and shoehorn into my '84 one day. I'll take the two TBIs from the Crossfire (jazzed up, of course) and put them on a dual-quad manifold for the Rat motor. A taller cowl-induction scoop and, voila' ... my favorite Corvette!;)

As A Driver the C5 corvette is my favorite.

I have owned (3) Corvettes 65SB coupe, 69SB Vert & 03Vert.
My favorite is the '65 for performance. My favorite driver is the '03.:cool!:

My list is shorter:
(custom)71 w/ crate LS-6
restored 63-split
SilverAnn 78
2-79s
84 (4+3)
and 05 6-spd.

I have warm memories of a pal's '86 327/350 Vert; very well balanced.
I still have the (modified) 84. :w
