Don't forget 1967 - the first 600+ Z/28's were 1967's!

Right you are John. I am guilty of forgetting those '67 Z28s. 602 of them I think. They had 302 emblems on the fender instead of the Z28. They were so widely referred to by their option number that Chevy decided to put it on the fender for '68. And so it began.

In '70 that LS7 big block was to have been the ZR2 package. Too bad it was never built, would have been nice.
