What's this part

Found in my '69.
Can't figure out where it would go.
One clip is broken.

This is from the center console, just in front of the parking brake. It covers the flexible strip that moves as you apply the brake.

It's a PITA to refit tho'. Good luck!

I believe it goes at the end of your emergency brake console. Hope this helps!
