What is this port for? It's right on top of the fuel bowl. An optional fuel line input?

I have no idea, and the Holley site doesn't have anythng on it - I'd give Holley a phone call and ask them; probably emission-related.

It looks like a float bowl vent to me, possibly to a charcoal canister if it is an emissions carb. Someone with more Holley knowledge will know for sure.

Most likely a vapor return line connection but without a pic of the who carb along with the carb's application, that's only an educated guess.
