Question: wheels and tires

I have a 1979 c3, if I put crager ss wheels and 255 60 15 tires, will they rub my fenders?

Shouldn't but wheel back spacing is what you need to watch. 0 off set or 15x8 with 4" or 15x10 with 5" backspacing should work.

"Kevo" is spot on.

The 255/60-15 was a stock tire size for late C3 however, wheel offset is critical in getting those to fit in the fenders w/o rubbing.

Before you buy the wheels, find out what the offset or backspace and width are?
