If I recall correctly, stock rims are 15x8 and have a 4" backspacing. The rims you show have 3 and 3/4. They might stick out a little more and catch your fender edge. Depends on how your car sits and squats when the suspension is compressed... as well as how wide your tires are. If you go with 15X7 I think you would be OK.
 
Keystone Klassic is at least a 30 year old design ... and a nice looking wheel when new ... some may remember that they tend to become real shabby looking too quickly. The originals did not have a cragar centercap.
