When are Eagle F1 "All Season" tires available?

For those who read the Corvette Quarterly article describing the new All Season F1 tires, does anyone have a clue when they'll be available? Will there be a serious performance drawback on dry conditions? Can they be ordered as an option from the dealer so I don't need 2 sets of tires? Dealers, please chime in....

Seems like forever... The sad story is that I placed the order with a fairly small but friendly local dealer in October and never knew about the whole allocation game. His allocation is for about 3-4 cars/month and my order should apparently be taken in May. By the time I called the larger dealers to start the process with them because their allocation is so much greater, their wait list was long enough that they couldn't do much better. Next time I'll be smarter...
