Where do you get "Factory Facts"?

Just curious. Every month in "Vette Vues" magazine they have a section called "Factory Fact" that list service bulletins showing various modification changes and service information. Where do they get these old service bulletins? Are they in a book that you buy? If so what is the ISBN #....

I thought I had looked at everything on the site, I somehow missed this one... I'm just starting the frame off on my 64, and knowing my previous track record on building the deck, make the wives flower planters,...I think I may be done sometime in 2014.... :L
