I just wanted to find out where everyone keeps their cars and where they work on them.

Here in Illinois I have a small attached garage that my baby stays in , but in NC I have Junior Johnsons old Nascar shop leased to keep my toys in and play with.

I keep my car in a storage facility from May - October.
It's stored in a heated warehouse from November - April.

At the other end of my yard is my cars' house - 24 X 40 for now, will increase to 24 X 58 in the spring! One rule - if it doesn't have wheels or an engine, it's not getting in my garage! Currently houses Dad's car, wife's car, my Monte Carlo, my Corvette, my Harley Sportster, my 327 Chevy tractor, lawn mower, snow blower, and 3 pedal bikes - need more room! Every morning I leave for work, I see my Vette. . . .

My car is in it's on space not to be shared with Fords or Mopars.Winters ORLANDO and off we go in 12 more days.

My '79 and my '76 sit OUTSIDE in my carport with covers on them..YUK!! Not the ideal setup at all and during the winter months, or anytime for that matter. In the winter, I'll spend 30 minutes working on the car, then run back in get warm and out I go again...So, It makes me hungry for a garage like some I've been seeing..Maybe someday...College for the 2 teens comes first though....

Just a regular old garage attached to the house. It's where I have to work on everything from the lawn mower to woodworking projects. My one luxury is a 19" TV with cable. Saving up for a beer fridge. :beer

I have a 28x32 detached garage. Just added a furnace this past February. Still need to finish the wiring and put up wall insulation and drywall. The ceiling insulation is done and along with the furnace it is decent.

I had big plans to finish the garage this summer but they got derailed when I bought a Vette.

In my detached 1.5 car workshop/garage:

The car, and the woodworking tools etc.
