Should I instal an adjustable fuel pressure regulator in my car, or just replace it with a stock one. How much hp will a stock regulator serve?

Hopefully Colin (Moonunit) will see this. The one he told me to get has worked out really well, and is easy to adjust. I want to say it is an Edelbrock one for a Camaro, but can't remember.

I think the holley is the polished alum one that is the best.
The others are junk, been their done that.
I also run an Aeromotive.
If you are not running nitrous or turb or S/C why do youi need one?

but you know the stock FPR's cost more then the adjustable ones?? i thought i heard here that the adjustables will help a stock engine get more horses too?? not ture???

Well that part is on order.

I lowered my PSI (without vacuum) to 44 and I'm having problems at starting. I'll return to 44PSI with vacuum line on. It was working fine!
