My dome light, glove box light, and horn in my 1980 are not working. I think they are all on the same fuse, but I don't have a schematic. Could someone please help me locate the correct one?

:w 1st vette,

Check the "CTSY CLK" fuse. It's a 20 amp fuse. ;)

Many thanks.

Thanks for the advice. I replaced the fuse and evrything worked instantly. I need to ask another favor though. The labels are worn off the fuse block, and I think I just got lucky when I replaced a 20 Amp fuse. Would it be possible for someone to post a photo, drawing... that shows the fuse block and its labels? I could then make a template and overlay it on the worn labels.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can buy the service manaul for you Corvette, and mine came with an electrical schematic, which included the fuse box. It's a great buy. I recommend it.

Fuse Block Diagram

Can anyone steer me towards a fuse block diagram for my 1980. Its not in the Chilton's manual.

Thanks in advance.

1st vette,

I'll attach a copy of a 1981 Corvette Fuse Panel. 80 & the 81 should be very close to the same, the 81 had a little different alarm system, but I don't think the fuse setup was any different... of course I usually get into trouble when I start "Thinking" outloud ;)

Fuse Block Diagram

Thanks all. I've found an owners manual and there is a diagram included. Now all I need to do is find a scanning electron microscope to read it.
