I am considering off set trailing arms in order to fit the biggest rim and tire combo possible on the back. Who is using these and what wheel\tire size and type are you running?

Also I had Bairs redo my bearings and rebuild everything. Now that I am thinking of the off set trailing arms do I have to worry about bearing setup again or is that separate from the T\A's and just a bolt on mod?

Can't answer your question, but just wanted to say that is a very sweet ride you have there.

with the off sets im thinken ya gota also shorten the 1/2 shafts etc to compensate, proably the top shock mount & the t-arm snubber in board more also.im just thinking bout this in my head so i could be wrong, nice ride btw!

I don't know anyone who has offsets on a C3 but 67Heaven installed offsets on his C2 to go from stock 15 X 6" wheels to 15 X 10" wheels. Take a look here!

Can you spell increased traction?

Offset trailing arms do not require shorter 1/2 shafts. everything stock bolts right up.
I do run HOMEMADE offset bars, takes about one evening to produce a pair and they are stronger then stock.
I run 10 x 18 inch rims under the fender with 285 x 40 x 18 tires and they could be larger.
I run 6 1/2 inch offset.

That's a 10 inch wide rim under there

Off-set T arms

I have installed these on both a C2 and C3. Van-Steel supplies them to VP Brakes and Products. They are a bolt in and you can transfer your wheel bearing assemblies directly. There is no disassembly of the bearing assembly. The parking brake is the biggest pain in doing the assembly swap.

Go for it. By the looks of that engine, you're going to need as much tire on the ground as you can get.
