Who is copying who? GM or Chrysler?

When I saw the first pics of the C6 vette I saw the front view and thought
I was looking at a Viper. Then I saw the photo title was for the new Vette.
Today I saw an ad that I thought was for a new Cadillac Xseries. Nope.
It was the new Chrysler C300. Is Chrysler and GM getting their designs from
the same outfit? Am I imagining this or what?

Possibly because designers switch from company to company often they bring with them the same ideas/concepts?? :confused just a thought!

I just got the new Car & Driver today and they have a layout on the 300C. I have to agree that it looks A LOT like a Cadillac.

designer options like OnStar and GPS and whatever else the fickle American public wants as the next "feel good" option! when the heck are people going to remember this is supposed to be the AMERICAN SPORTS CAR! you want a damn luxury vehicle go buy a Bimmer, Benz or something along that ilk - or better yet by the new Caddy! least it has some of the Vette characteristics! had to get that off my chest and back to lurking!

I usually prefer GM products..


today on a lark I did some early cross shopping for a family hauler and looked at the CTS V6 ~ 36 grand..and the 300C Hemi ~ 35 grand..


Even forgetting about the money ...

The 300C kills the CTS in what I could determine as a buyer in every category including looks..Just amazing..
