Will C5 rims fit my car?

I have a chance to pickup a set of rims and tires (300miles on them) off a 2004 coupe for $800.00. They are the standard rim (five spokes) with the Goodyear Eagle F1 non run flats.

I have a 1996 Corvette LT1, base coupe if that helps.

Please help as there appears to be so many possibilities, offsets, etc.

yup they will fit no problem just screwem on i believe.
