Will it fit?

Front right tire is 5/8" off to the rear ,frame may be bent so when I make a full right turn the tire rubs on the insideback of the fender.I don't want to have the frame pulled and risk cracking the fender so was thinking a change from a 225 70 15 to a 205 60 15 might work will this tire fit on my rally wheels15x8?

A skilled frame man can take out body mounts and pull it without breaking Fiberglass!!!!(I know I can on my Antique Equipment!!So on a Modern Machine it will be a piece of Cake!!) But it may not be the frame!!! I'd check suspension and steering knuckle first!!!!
