Or will Obama Motors pull the plug?

I've still got the itch but the economy of the last year combined with thinking about retirement says wait a year and re-evaluate.

If there is demand enough for those models- and GM can turn a reasonable profit on them- I'm sure they'll be around. :)

Can't say as I blame you about waiting. Lots of folks are waiting things out too.

I dunno'............. it's scary. With the socialists we have now in control of the economy, GM posting a 4+ billion dollar loss for the second half of last year and Al Gore gettin' rich sellin' his hokus pokus about global warming being man made:eyerole, seems like the ZR could be in a pretty risky position. It sure would be a shame if they went the way of the Viper and Ford GT.

I'm relatively certain that the ZR1 will continue into 2011, but I'm not sure about 2012.

The car might continue but the LS9 engine...along with the LS7...will have a hard time meeting fuel economy and carbon emissions standards.

My WAG is that 2011 will be the last MY for ZR1 and Z06.

Order 'em now, people.

I would get one soon. Obama is going to outlaw horsepower any day now. It feels like 1970 all over aqain
