Window motor screw (what does it do?)

This screw (circled in red in the picture) appears to adjust tension on the worm gear but I can't find any information on how to make sure it's adjusted properly or even if I can/should adjust it. I just know that if I tighten it all the way the motor won't spin.

Pictures included are in Word doc. and .pdf format. Sorry there isn't an actual picture for easy viewing.

It drives the gear in the motor that moves the regulator which move the window up and down.

Check out this link. If you go torwards the end you will see what you are looking for.
