Windows Want Seal

I have just replaced the rubber door seals, window pilar and rear door window seals. Now the doors are really tight and have to be almost slamed and the windows will not go all the way up and seal in the groves on the T-tops. Please Help Where did I screw up? What are the tricks to make this correct. Will I need to take it to a shop to get the doors adjusted and the windows? Is there some need to try and shrink the rubber seals? Just asking....

You may have to adjust your windows to get them to deal with the thicker new weather stripping.

Bob, thanks.....I thought I would do this myself and everything seems to have gone in place with no problem. Now the question is, what are the procedures to adjust the windows and the door?
