Windshield Washer Pump

Where is the windshield washer pump located on a 86 vet and what is the easiest way to replace it?

It is located under of the windshield washer tank. I did it 5-6 years ago. If I recall correctly, you need to remove the wheel well part behind the passenger wheel. This is easy there are about 6-7 screws at the left of the A arm going from top to bottom, 2 under the car + the torque bolts to the fender. Then you remove the 3 bolts holding the windshield washer tank. The pump is attached to the bottom of the tank. The difficult part is to remove the kind of bolts inside the tank holding the pump. You need a socket with an universal joint and an extension.

If the wheel well is not enough, then you remove the fender panel. The same we need to pull to replace the battery, but on the other side.
