I'm looking for advice on how to prepare my 82 vet for winter storage.
My big concern is rodents. Is there a solution for keeping them out of the wiring, interior., etc..
Thank you

You need to decide how bad your potential problem might be .I'd recommend a few sticky traps (under the car),dryer sheets inside along with a bar of Zest soap under the hood and a handful of moth balls tossed around the garage .I would not recommend locking a cat inside the car during winter storage .

I use moth balls in the camper and bass boat; however, they aren't good for us to breath either. I'd feed the mice De-Con.

As I an still messing with a mower that was ethanol gassed; I would add a fuel stabilizer.

last year I started using peppermint extract and put it on
cotton balls placed around the inside of the corvette..
seemed to work well!!!!

With my luck, the mice would have nice smelling breath. I tried the moth ball thing with my hunting camper, and the mice came in anyway, and chewed up the upholstery. I got chased away from it cause of the smell, but the mice didn't.

Mice hate peppermint.
Dip cotton balls with mint oil place in plastic bags to prevent staining and place all over interior and under hood.
And... it smells good too!
