Well, while I have been out of the country, I have been ordering replacement parts like crazy. So when I get back, I will have new tach pcb and filter, new gage bezels, new console, new steering components, new suspension components, and just to live things up, an Edelbrock 100 shot nitrous system. I have decided to mount the bottle behind/between the seats, and will be running blow down tube, purge system, WOT and fuel safety switches. Hopefully this will enable the old gal to keep up with some of the modern technology out there. Cant wait to get home. I have booked a week off work to allow me to gut the interior and run lines/wiring, etc,etc.
Only thing I think I will add, money permitting later will be a rpm window switch.

What else have you already done? Engine, suspension, exhaust...?

Engine is a ZZ4 crate motor, holley street avenger carb, rams horn manifolds ( I like the plug access) into 2 1/2 inch duals with 40 series flowmasters. Transmission is a very stout turbo 400, happy to scratch from second to third , new u/j's, etc. Suspension partially converted to eurothane bushings, new gas shocks on all corners, new stainless steel calipers from mid america. Other than that, pretty much stock, just a blast to drive.
Projects to be completed during the week off, replace more bushings, fix tach, complete installation of hot rod air, install nitrous kit, replace gage bezels, replace console, rebuild column/replace wiper/turn signal assembly. Anyway, that should keep me busy for a week.
