WTB: T-Top Carrier Racks

I have 4 mounting holes/grommets on the rear deck of my '79. I have been told that these are for a T-Top carrier so I thought I would check CAC to see if anyone has something like this laying around their garage that might be what was on the car at some point in it's life. Whatever was mounted in these holes is long gone now!

The mounting holes are for a luggage carrier which will-with the proper brackets, hold the t-tops in place on the luggage carrier. I do not have the luggage carrier, but do have a set of the t-top brackets used to hold the t-tops. I think the luggage carriers can still be bought from several supply places like Mid-America.

You need the racks and then the straps. The stainless rack is between $150 and 200 and the aftermarket strap will set you back about the same.

Id on't hink they are making the original, even as a knockoff, any more.
