Gone but not forgotten
See, I have one of each generation Corvette!
:L
What got me started on this tonight was that I was sitting here and had my models displayed with the hoods and doors open, and remembered a recent letter that I saw that talked about the pros and cons of showing your car open vs. closed.
Ya gotta admit, the image is more pleasing to the eye to see the design of the car rather than the workings. It looks too busy with the hoods and doors open on the models, the same is true for the display vehicles. You never see a car lot with all of the hoods up do you? :L
As one show goer expressed, he shows his car with it open, but if someone wants to take pictures of it with the hood and doors closed, he will gladly oblige.
