I just finished porting the crossfire intake while my throttle bodies are being re-bushed. when i took off the old gaskets they had the rear water passages fully opened on the front and rear. The new gasket set I got for the car ms91440 has the rear passages blocked with just a hole size opening. question is do I need to cut the hole out larger to what they were on the ones I originally took off? thank you for any help!

No, you don't need to cut it larger. The crossfire intake has a coolant channel(bottom of the intake) that runs from the front to the back, this feeds your heater hose. The small hole helps bleed any air out, though some SBC intakes have no coolant ports there at all.

Thank you, I appreciate the fast response! time to get it running again!

Any pictures of your porting work?

If the two of you have a beef together, take it off this site. Consider this a warning....;squint:
