Help! Keyless entry / FOB Problems

My 2008 C6 had sat quite awhile over the winter. OEM battery was dead and wouldn't take a charge. So I replaced the battery. The problem I have now is when I use FOB1 and I walk up to the car the door will unlock and everything seems fine, however when I walk away and leave the car for 10 minutes or so and then come back the door will not unlock. If I press the unlock button on FOB1 2 or 3 times the door will unlock and open and I can start the car and everything seems fine. When I go away again and come back, same thing. With FOB2 the symptoms are the same except that I get a message 'NO FOB'. If I put FOB2 in the glove box I can start the car, but when I shut it down and remove FOB2 I get the same 'NO FOB' message. Any suggestions before I take it to the dealer? Thanks, Jim
