Hello to everybody
I'm Sandro from Italy,precisely from Sardinian a little island.I own a beautyfull 1981 red corvette California model.This car for me is a dream since i was children and i saw for first time a 1979 black corvette of an american boy of N.A.T.O. base in La Maddalena!!Thanks America to have made this work of art.

You're '81 sounds fantastic- and congratulations! That's a great story, and I think you'll find a lot of the folks here got 'Corvette in the blood' from seeing one as a kid, themselves.

Post some pics when you get a chance- we always love pics, and a Corvette in Sardinia would be really a cool thing to see!

Small world Sandro. I too have an 81 and also spent a few months at good old La Mad back in 1988 with the US Navy. Spent a lot of time in Palau eating paninnis and drinking Heiniken also. Your car looks sweet.
