hey guys! i have purchased my first corvette. (1996 LT4)
got a question:

is there a way to get rid or bypass the o2 sensors when i change out my stock exhaust?? keep the o2 sensors or delete them??

Are you getting rid of your cats??

If so then yes, you can get rid of the rear 02 sensors there are various ways around this, keep in mind you WILL NOT pass a sniffer emissions test, without cats.

They make things called 02 Simulators, look them up.

thanks 93rubie !
yes im getting rid of the cats and am fortunate that we dont have to do any emissions test in MS. THANKS ALOT FOR THE INFO!!

Welcome to the :CAC from a South Mississippi neighbor! Congrats on your first Corvette, TUPELOLT4! My first was a Torch Red 94 convertible I sold after purchasing my C5.

I think you'll enjoy this site, as well as Corvette ownership. And we're fortunate to be able to drive our Vettes year-round here in the South.

Rear 02 Simulators are the thing to get then.
