I am sellin my Red 85 4+3 corvette with all the parts for it. it is a project I ran off the road and just touched the front bumper and hood (I drove it home about 25 miles), have a new used hood and bumper for it, make me an offer.... I hope to have pictures up soon

in my 94 I get about 23-24 with allot of mountain driving. I can't keep my foot out of the 85 and get about 20. my Daily driver the old 89 bronco gets 11.5 but I did run over a camero with it..............

Don't go Maaco, They painted my Bronco, very cheap job even though I paid for the top job from them, I will tell you the whole story but I don't want to hijack the thread

I think I would leave them, who knows how long the badges have been on and the paint might be already faded enough that the "shadow" will show, Take em off when ya repaint the car in 20 or so years.... they look nice..

would it be possible to create a 383 just crank and pistons and build up the top later? or would I have created a mess???

why wouldn't an 85 hood fit an 85? I have an early 85 I know 84s are not the same but I thought an 85 up will fit..

well after much thought and finding the parts, and not being able to do any of my other projects due to bad weather (rain and not seeing the sun for three weeks) I am takeing it off the market and restoreing it......

There is no best color, my vettes are the color they are born with, I would stay with a "vette" color, a color that comes on some year vette. just my two cents but my two cents isn't worth a nickel
