Still searching for the right setup, Im leaning towards the C5 Z06 painted gray rims for my Pewter Coupe. Any thoughts, the magnesium look nice but wonder if they will not show well with the pewter :confused.

I am thinking of changing my stock C5 wagon wheels, and if i change to C6 stock wheels will the car height change? Iscrape as it is now on my driveway.:ugh Also any consideration to the positive and the negative of such a change?:wThanks to all.

Just wondering dealer still has car, is this positive cable really hard to get to.I will have to jack car up to get to starter? I dont have car to check clearance.:confused

Thanks for the info...I found a battery harness,positive and negative on ebay for 20.00. Im going to try and change myself. Its sounds like a tight fit, I will check it out when I get it back from dealer.

Dealer wants 250.00 for the new positive cable!!!!!!!!Do all C5's have the same positive cable?

I still have 300 miles left by warranty coverage, on my 98'.Bought with 1000 miles left and 12 months...guess I will make contact with dealer...any hints on getting warranty issues solved? Should I tell them its warranty related or just ask for a condition check on new purchase, then tell them...

Mine is set up into ash tray area with the door covering the whole readout so that it is very stealth!!! I think it must be tapped into the lighter power.

1998 coupe purchased 20k! I looked around and found a nice coupe with most options for 20k , he transfered his extended warranty along with it!:beer I went from 78' to 87' and they all have their fun potential..this C5 is the most comfortable of the bunch....although it does take some effort...

Hoping to get extra set, so that I have a quicker way out of garage than the wife!

:beer I will take from the replies that the actual targa top will fit if the attach points are changed, has anybody done this...how much are the parts to retrofit a newer targa top...say a early 90's targa?
